As you all know, my entrepreneurial journey started with SEDA, but even today I’m always looking to invest in startups that have a specific purpose.
And today I want to talk about one that really has a special meaning for me: the Exchange Financing. But why does it have this special meaning?
Well, everyone knows that I wasn’t born with a golden spoon. I struggled a lot to graduate, and even more to fulfill the dream of doing an exchange program here in Europe.
Therefore, I try as much as possible to help other people who also have the same dream as me, but are unable to fulfill this dream.
And it was thinking from here and there that I created the startup Financiamento de Intercâmbio, which came up with the purpose of helping as many people as possible to do an exchange program.
Finding the Opportunity
As I know it’s not easy to have all the money to go on an exchange program, I decided to create a company that would be of great help to students.
Therefore, the purpose of the Financing Exchange is to finance the studies of students who wish to live in Ireland, but do not have the financial conditions to do so.
The idea is to create a sustainable business model that helps make the exchange more accessible to everyone. What I want is to see people like me, who came out of there, fulfilling their dream.
And I can say that to idealize this startup was not easy. After all, I had to seek supporters for the idea, and that’s why it took some time to get off the ground. But it finally came out.
He liked to say that every obstacle I faced helped me to evolve as an entrepreneur and to mature the idea. Today, she is helping to make the first dreams of students who want to live abroad come true.
Finding the purpose
And you know what’s more interesting? Along the journey, I realized that the purpose of Financing Exchange is not just to help students go on an exchange.
It is, in fact, providing the opportunity for a transformative experience that changes students’ lives and positively influences their careers.
It was this purpose that motivated me to work even harder to make Financiamento de Intercâmbio a viable startup in the market.
Conquering the results
With a lot of dedication and hard work, this year we started to grow and achieve positive results. Gradually, more and more students are realizing their dream of doing an exchange program in Ireland, thanks to our help.
This makes me extremely happy and motivated. And with that, I’m sure I’m on the right track, fulfilling my life purpose.
And what I have to say to you is that when you have a clear objective and a noble purpose, nothing stands in the way of success. Always remember this.
And today, little by little, I can say that I am more and more convinced that I am fulfilling a noble mission in my life. And that makes me extremely happy.
