One of the main reasons I’m attracted to startups is the ability to create something from scratch, to build something that never existed before.
For those who don’t know, startups are companies that are starting, and that means they have the freedom to try new things, to be innovative and creative.
And that excites me a lot. Seeing brave and determined people trying to create new things is inspiring and motivating for me.
Not to mention that these companies are usually made up of people who are passionate about what they do. They are not just working to make money, but looking to change the world in some way.
And that passion, that twinkle in his eyes, is contagious. After all, when you’re at a company where everyone is excited about what they’re doing, it’s easy to get involved and work hard. And the result is usually unique.
Team work
Another thing that attracts me about startups is the ability to work as a team. Those who work in the sector know that fintech teams are small and agile, where everyone works together to achieve a common goal.
This means that everyone has the opportunity to contribute and learn from others. It is a collaborative atmosphere where ideas are valued and creativity is encouraged.
It seems that this brings a different energy. Only those who are inside, those who have lived through this climate can understand exactly what I am saying.

And fintech works to create solutions to real problems, which generally bring more well-being to people’s lives, and this is something that fascinates me.
Being part of something bigger
The fact is, as a startup and tech enthusiast, I feel like I’m part of something bigger. I think I’m part of a movement that is transforming the way things are done.
I love being part of this community of people who are working together to change the world. Therefore, I believe these companies have incredible potential to change people’s lives for the better.
That’s why I never close myself to new ideas, because each one of them has a purpose that in a way is collaborating so that dreams come out of paper.
