One of the biggest mistakes made by most professionals that leads to frustration is looking for a renowned company to work for, as if that were synonymous with happiness.
The truth is that when this professional spends time inside that company, he realizes that it was not everything he imagined.
Then that frustration hits. In addition, there are large companies that do not care for a welcoming and harmonious work environment.
The importance of the work environment for mental health
I am a person who strongly believes in the law of attraction. That way, I think that one time or another, everything we want we attract.
That’s why it’s important to know how we should envision our destiny. Not always wanting to work in a big company will attract what we want.
I think we should look for a place with a welcoming working environment. Only then will we attract what we really want.
Many times a company may not be the one you dream of, it may not have a name that makes an impression, but on the other hand it can offer everything you are looking for.
Welcoming environment, a collaborative work team, a leader who knows how to understand the side of his subordinates and even the option of working from home.
A good working environment improves productivity
One thing I notice a lot is that when a person works in a cheerful and welcoming environment, their productivity really improves.
This is the environment I try to provide here at SEDA. I know this means a lot to employees. Including, many like to choose whether they want to work in person or in a home office.
I see that many who arrive today have already worked in large organizations and were frustrated with the size of the charges, the need to meet deadlines and the pressure.
I know that pressure is something that is part of the job market, but it needs to be that healthy pressure, not something that suffocates the employee’s life.
Your happiness is worth more than salary
Finally, what I have to say is that you don’t just focus on salary when you want to get a good job. This can bring frustration as well.
Yeah, you can earn an excellent salary, but not have time to enjoy your family, hang out with your friends and live a light and happy life.
It is important to win well, no doubt. But it is essential that you analyze the benefits offered, the environment and the format in which you will be able to work.
We have reached a time when what needs to be prioritized is the environment that the company offers, the way it treats you and the possibility of you growing in the profession.
I see that when we seek our happiness and fulfillment in the work environment, we tend to stay longer in the same company. Do you agree?
