I see that dedication is not just about making rice and beans. That is, go to work and do your assignments well.
The dedication actually consists of giving new ideas for projects, thinking about the best way to perform your activities, and even taking new courses and training in your spare time.
That’s how you’ll find a different path. For example, a manager did not arrive at this position without effort and dedication. And it wasn’t thanks to any natural talent that he luckily had either.
He only got where he got because he dedicated himself to it. He worked hard and studied while others were having fun. And when you least realized it, you were at the top.
Be aware of every detail
I see that dedication starts early in the morning. Always wake up a little earlier than usual, and do something that gives you pleasure: a walk, meditation, or reading a book that you like very much.
Then take some time to read the newspaper. It is very important that you are well informed. This can even bring you many insights into your career.
When you start your day like this, you’ll already be more active when it’s time to start your work. So what I say is: do it with love. Regardless of whether you are recognized in that company or not.

Finally, the last tip I give is: never stop studying. After all, it is the study that will ensure that you open new doors in your career. When studying frequently, you will hardly stand still in the same position.
If you are a copywriter, you could become a content strategist, if you are a designer, you could become an art director, if you are an administrative assistant, you will have the opportunity to become a manager, and so on.
