Providing education with a purpose is both a challenge and a mission.
Since the beginning of SEDA College in Brazil, we decided that each unit needed to reflect not only our teaching methodology, but also our essence: welcoming, excellence and transformation.
And I am happy to share a result that shows us that we are on the right track. In a recent NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey, SEDA College Natal received an average score of 9.44 on a scale of 0 to 10.
More than 100 students participated in the evaluation, answering the simple but powerful question: “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely would you be to recommend SEDA to a friend or family member?”
The answer was clear. And it fills us with pride.
A reflection of the real experience of students
This score did not come from an impersonal form. It was born from the experience of those who spent days, weeks and months with us.
People who came in with doubts, fears, expectations – and found a welcoming environment, committed teachers and a structure designed to generate real results.
Every student who gave a grade of 9 or 10 is spontaneously saying: “It was worth it”. And there is no metric more valuable than that.
What makes SEDA College Natal different?
The Natal unit was created with the desire to offer SEDA’s international standard, but with the human warmth of the Brazilian Northeast. And we managed to combine the best of both worlds.
Here, the student finds a modern school, focused on conversation, small classes, close pedagogical support and a team that truly cares about each student’s journey.

More than teaching English: opening doors

And when a student says they would recommend SEDA College Natal with a score of 10, what they are saying is: “it changed my life”.
We continue with even more energy
This result of 9.44 in the NPS motivates us to continue improving, listening to our students, updating our methodology and investing in structure, technology and, most importantly, people.
