What are my expectations for SEDA College in Brazil?

-

I recently announced here on LinkedIn the opening of our first franchise in Brazil, which was opened in the city of Natal in Rio Grande do Norte.

The school is completely standardized, following rigorous teaching methods for learning English. Furthermore, students who are part of SEDA College in Brazil will have a greater expectation of completing the exchange.

Therefore, anyone who studies English at a unit in the country takes the first step towards opening the doors to a unique experience abroad.

What are my expectations for SEDA College in Brazil?

Having already outlined the objectives for 2024, my expectation is that we will have 250 SEDA units spread across the country in the next 5 years. To achieve this, we are creating a very robust marketing team.

The idea is to be present in all Brazilian states, and in the country’s main cities, which already happens with SEDA Intercâmbios, which is part of the SEDA Group.

Therefore, the strategy is to create branches in Brazil, so that students who want to go on an exchange can begin their journey of learning English in the country.

And the idea of expanding through franchises is precisely to take advantage of the improved multiculturalism that the Brazilian people have to offer.

Significant growth in 5 years

In Brazil there is a very peculiar peculiarity, where each city and state has its own customs. This is why growth through franchising is so important. After all, he takes advantage of this multiculturalism.

An entrepreneur from the interior of São Paulo knows the particularities of his audience, as does an entrepreneur from Pernambuco, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Santa Catarina. And this will greatly enrich the process.

If the expansion were through units, we might not be able to capture this essence, and this is one of the mottos we bring here at SEDA.

And to achieve our goal within this specific time, we are investing heavily in marketing, getting in touch with businesspeople in the country to promote our brand, and more than that, strengthening relations between Brazil and Ireland.

Strengthening Brazil and Ireland relations

Brazil and Ireland are two countries that have the characteristic of multiculturalism, and now with the arrival of SEDA in Brazil, we want to further strengthen these traits.

Many students dream of coming here for an exchange, but they don’t know the path they should take to do so. Now it will be easier for them.

We will have SEDA College where they can prepare for the country’s English, and SEDA Intercâmbio which will provide all the support for students who want to live this experience.

That’s why I’m very excited, and I’m sure that this goal of 250 units spread across the country in 5 years will even be exceeded!
